Hello, I am Dr. Marvin Herschfus, and I have enjoyed serving the following Metro Detroit communities for 25 years:
Berkley, Beverly Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Clawson, Ferndale, Huntington Woods, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Royal Oak, Southfield and West Bloomfield.
I am from Boston, Massachusetts and received my BS degree in Biology with honors from Northeastern University in 1976. After completing my doctoral degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 1982, I relocated to MetroDetroit and joined the staff of Mount Carmel and Grace Hospitals. I began my private practice in Berkley 20 years ago devoted to family, cosmetic and implant restorative dentistry.
My dental team and I are committed to excellence. Our goal in traveling together every year to attend dental workshops across the United States, is to bring back to you, our patients, the most up-to-date extensive knowledge and skills in cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry.

My name is Toya and I am Dr. Herschfus's Dental Assistant. I have over seventeen years experience in the dental field as an Assistant. I attended Colorado College for Medical and Dental Careers. I have extensive experience working with both adults and children. I enjoy helping people look and feel better; it's a great feeling! My name is Lesley Robbins and I have been a part of Dr. Herschfus’ team for almost seven years. Currently I'm the Patient Coordinator, which entails working directly with patients scheduling and insurance needs. I have also worked as a dental assistant, and really enjoy the flexibility that Dr. Herschfus allows me to learn new things in the office. I have recently re-enrolled in school full -time to finish my degree in human resources management and marketing. I am very thankful to work with such wonderful people and enjoy the relationships we have with our patients.
My name is Lauren Malta, and I am the newest addition to Dr. Herschfus' staff. As the Patient Correspondence Consultant, it's my job to keep in touch with our patients via phone calls or mail, to make sure they are up to date with their dental care and appointments. This position has afforded me the opportunity to participate in special events such as Bridal Expos. I'm so lucky to be part of such a great team.
